Berry protein oats

 

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese

½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Cinnamon to taste

Splash of milk or water as needed

Method:

1.       Cook oats with water or milk, stir through cottage cheese and protein powder until creamy, then top with berries and cinnamon.
